Your user profile contains an image folder, to which you can upload images that you would like to include in your main profile module, gallery modules, or elsewhere. Each game you submit as a user also comes with its own image folder.

Image Quota

Each unique profile or game has its own quota, independent of others. Images uploaded to an image folder will only be accessible for addition in modules for the specific user or game to which the image folder corresponds.

The default quota that each user account, game, and group comes with is 2,048,000 bytes (2 mb). This should be an ample amount of space for the use of multiple images. Upon uploading your images onto the Great Games Experiment, your images will be resized to a number of formats which can be used in various display throughout the site. These multiple image sizes do not affect your image quota. However, please keep in mind that the file size of the original image you upload is what will be used in calculating the percentage of your quota used. We recommend resizing your images and compressing them as desired prior to uploading. For example, if you only intend on using an image as your avatar picture, there is no need to upload a file larger than 128px by 128px in image size.
